The Health Conditions feature in Wingspan Health lets you curate your health conditions with what you’re currently diagnosed with, what you’ve been diagnosed with before, and any of your food or non-food allergies.
How does the Health Conditions feature in Wingspan Health work?
After adding patient portals in your Wingspan account from your healthcare providers, Wingspan pulls all of your medical information from your health records related to health conditions and summarizes it neatly in Health Conditions feature.

Allergies
This section shows your recorded allergies (both food or non-food) from your medical records.
Here you can see the type of reaction you get from an allergy, when it first happened, and the most recent time you had an allergic reaction. You also have the option to update your reaction to an allergy or mark it as inactive.

Active Conditions
This section shows your recorded active health conditions from your medical records.
Here you can see when it was first noted and the most recent time. You also have the option to add any notes you have about your health condition or mark it as inactive.

This section shows your recorded past health conditions from your medical records.
Here you can see when it was first noted and the last time. You also have the option to add any notes you have about your previous health condition or mark it as active again.
